My Teacher used to tell us how we could recognize the truth.
He said: ‘Truth is sour.’ For example, if someone comes and starts talking about how you really are, the things you did in the past, you will get really angry, because this person is revealing how you used to be in the past. You don’t like revealing your true self. Nobody does, because then the world will see you exactly the way you are. Truth is always sour.
