- 6 tbsp oat bran
- ½ mango peeled & grated or mashed in a blender
- 10 fresh mint leaves (or dried)
- 2 tbsp agave syrup or honey
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until the mixture is pliable. Add a little more oat if needed. Shape into small bites and refrigerate.
Tips: Accompany your breakfast with a glass of almond milk or a cup of green tea of your choice.
